Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Mr. Manish Dhiman, herein referred to as "Practitioner", specializing in Past Life Regression Therapy and Vastu Shastra Consultation. By availing any of the services, the client (“You”) agree to abide by the following terms:
1. Nature of Services
The services offered include, but are not limited to:
a) Past Life Regression Therapy (PLRT)
b) Vastu Shastra analysis and guidance
c) Energetic and spiritual alignment sessions
d) Karma balancing and spiritual consultations
These are holistic, spiritual, and belief-based modalities designed to support self-awareness, healing, and personal growth.
2. Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that results may vary from person to person and depend significantly on individual belief systems, emotional openness, and willingness to heal.
You agree to participate with a positive mindset, free of undue skepticism or confrontation, understanding that healing and spiritual modalities are not substitutes for professional medical or psychological treatment.
You agree to disclose any psychological, psychiatric, or neurological conditions, if any, before the session.
3. Booking and Scheduling
All appointments must be scheduled in advance through official communication channels.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure punctuality. Delays of more than 15 minutes without prior notice may lead to the session being forfeited.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared by the client during sessions is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without written consent, unless required by law.
5. Ethical Practice
Manish Dhiman assures clients of ethical practices based on ancient scriptures, scientific spiritual methods, and divine guidance.
No promise of guaranteed outcomes is made. The client is advised to apply spiritual insights and guidance in their life practically and patiently.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made for consultations, regression therapy sessions, or Vastu services are non-refundable.
Once a booking is confirmed, it is considered a commitment of time, energy, and preparation by the Practitioner.
These services are time-intensive, personally tailored, and involve subtle energetic work, often beginning energetically even before the session starts.
Because the effectiveness of these services is largely dependent on your faith, openness, and inner participation, refunds cannot be considered based on perceived effectiveness or expectations not being met.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may request rescheduling of a session with at least 48 hours' notice. Only one reschedule is permitted per booking.
Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be considered availed and no rescheduling or refund will be applicable.
In the rare event of cancellation by the Practitioner due to unforeseen circumstances, a mutually agreed reschedule will be offered.
Disclaimer
The services provided by Manish Dhiman are not medical treatments, and he does not diagnose or cure diseases.
By availing any service, the client acknowledges their understanding that these modalities work on the spiritual, psychological, and energetic planes, and their efficacy is subjective.
Clients are advised to continue any medical treatments as prescribed by licensed healthcare professionals.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the Practitioner's operational region.
By proceeding with any consultation or session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.
